{"id":1393,"date":"2011-03-07T13:34:54","date_gmt":"2011-03-07T19:34:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.freedomfrommedom.com\/member\/?p=1393"},"modified":"2011-10-31T18:49:45","modified_gmt":"2011-10-31T23:49:45","slug":"twrap-027-3711","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.freedomfrommedom.com\/member\/applications\/twrap-027-3711","title":{"rendered":"TWRAC 027 (3\/7\/11): Evidence that Demands a Verdict"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>This Week&#8217;s Recovery Application Challenge<\/h2>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #244c2a;\">Please complete <a title=\"Open TWIRL 027\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freedomfrommedom.com\/member\/twirl\/twirl-027-3711\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">TWIRL 027<\/span><\/a> prior to completing this TWRAC exercise.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Evidence That Demands A Verdict<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><\/strong><strong>Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.<\/strong> Hebrews 11:1 (NKJV)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?<\/strong> Romans 8:32 (NKJV)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cAsk, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.\u00a0For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.\u00a0Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?\u00a0Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent?\u00a0If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!\u00a0Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.<\/strong> Matthew 7:7-12 (NKJV)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From these passages of Scripture Hebrews, Romans, and Matthew, identify in the form of a list what you believe specifically to be true in your life?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From your list of what you believe to be true, what evidence do you have from your life to trust in what you believe specifically to be true?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From the Scripture passages above, list what you suspect might not be true or may in some way not apply to you?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">From your list of what you suspect might not be true or apply to you, what evidence do you have from your life to support your suspicions?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assuming or imagining that everything in these Scriptures are indeed completely true and trustworthy, what in your life (please make another list) would you need or want for God to be involved in helping you with, or empowering you<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">?<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please now take the time to pray.
