Explain.<\/li>\n<li>Honestly, what would you say is your penchant for revenge?<\/li>\n<li>What would you say are your the tools for vengence that\u00a0you are inclined to use when the situation calls for it?<\/li>\n<li>Do you ever find yourself writing the script in your mind for how arguments, confrontations, and acts of vengeful behavior will be played out?\u00a0Explain and perhaps provide an example..<\/li>\n<li>Do you imagine worst-case scenarios? Explain.<\/li>\n<li>Have you felt rage in the past? Explain.<\/li>\n<li><span>How would you say rage is revealed in your behavior?\u00a0<\/span><span>What would others say?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>How would you say rage is\u00a0revealed in your thoughts and feelings?\u00a0<\/span><span>What would others say?<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Are you right now feeling a bit angry? Explain.<\/li>\n<li>Are you\u00a0right now wrestling with resentment? Explain.<\/li>\n<li>Are you holding on to your anger?<\/li>\n<li>Are you choosing to give in to the disease of resentment?<\/li>\n<li>Are you seething inside about something?<\/li>\n<li>Are you happy\u00a0and enjoying the experience of unresolved anger and resentment?<\/li>\n<li>If not, what stage of change\u00a0would you say you are in regarding recovery from this problem?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is time to\u00a0admit\u00a0that you need help from this problem.\u00a0You can talk about the worst of this addiction and that addiction, but know absolutely, nothing is more addictive than this problem of unresolved anger and resentment. It will slowly burn from within and then suddenly explode. Physically, the stress of unresolved anger can erode the tissues of your heart until it kills you. Of course, emotionally and spiritually, unresolved anger and resentment erodes the heart of a man, and erodes the heart and soul of a woman. It will destroy our children.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>And \u201cdon\u2019t sin by letting anger control you.\u201d Don\u2019t let the sun go down while you are still angry,\u00a0for anger gives a foothold to the devil.<\/strong> Ephesians 4:26-27<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Refer to the Action Plan from <a class=\"wp-oembed\" title=\"Refer to Action Plan Activity in TWRAP 019\" href=\"http:\/\/www.freedomfrommedom.com\/member\/twrap\/twrap-019-12810\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">TWRAP 019<\/span><\/a> for the problem you identified there.
